This combination is designed for profound nervous-system reset, easing mental overload, busy thoughts, and long-standing stress patterns.

Abhyanga (warm-oil massage)

A classic Ayurvedic full-body warm-oil therapy using steady, rhythmic strokes. Oils are selected specifically for your constitution and current imbalance, season, stress load, and what your tissues need that day—then adjusted as your system responds. Abhyanga calms the nervous system, improves circulation, and nourishes dry or depleted tissues.
All oils are organic, hand-crafted, and made in-house utilizing traditional Ayurvedic methods and recipes. -

Warm oil pooling (basti)

A therapeutic “oil bath” is created by placing a soft dough ring on the body and filling it with warm medicated oil. The oil is held over the low back, spine, abdomen, or joints to bathe and nourish deeper tissues, paired with targeted massage and gentle heat.
Single-area: one region (example: low back). Complex: two+ regions (example: both knees; low back + upper/mid back). -

Shirodhara
A gentle, continuous stream of warm oil is poured across the forehead to quiet the mind and invite deep, meditative rest.

Sound healing massage
Hands-on massage blended with Himalayan/Nepalese sound instruments to soften tension and calm the nervous system.
Best for: feeling overstimulated, anxious, or energetically “frazzled.”
Advanced acupressure (marma)
Targeted pressure on Ayurvedic marma points and polarity holds to rebalance subtle energy and unwind stress patterns.
Best for: emotional stress, scattered feeling, stubborn areas of tightness.
Pain relief & joint support
Warm herbal oil massage – pain & tension focus
Full-body warm oil massage with extra attention to the areas that hurt most, easing stiffness and soothing sore muscles.

Warm oil soaking (basti) – joints & spine
A soft dough “dam” holds pools of warm medicated oil over the low back, spine, or joints to bathe and nourish deeper tissues.
Best for: lingering ache or stiffness (not fresh, acute injuries).
Assisted stretching & mobility
Therapist-guided stretching and joint mobilization to improve flexibility and ease without strain.
Best for: feeling stiff or “locked up,” athletic recovery, long hours sitting.
