Renewal is a two-day body-treatment program. Immersion is a five-day supported program. Each begins with an Ayurvedic assessment and personalized plan, then continues through restorative treatments, herbs, home guidance, and follow-up.

Both programs bring together an Ayurvedic assessment, restorative treatments, personalized herbs, and follow-up guidance. Renewal offers two treatment days. Immersion offers five treatment days, allowing more time to practice recommendations and adjust your plan together.

Book the complete Ayurvedic Renewal program. The time you select schedules the included assessment; we arrange your two treatment visits and follow-up with you afterward. A 40% deposit of $318 is required to book.

From your assessment to your follow-up
Understand your needs
We begin with an Ayurvedic assessment focused on your needs, daily routines, and goals, then develop your personalized plan. An eligible recent assessment can count toward your program.
Receive personalized care
Come to our Kailua clinic for a 120-minute appointment on each treatment day. Your visits combine body treatments, check-ins, and practical guidance, with care selected and adjusted to your needs.
Bring your plan into everyday life
Between appointments, return home or to your own accommodation with individualized food and routine recommendations, room for rest, and manageable practices. If you choose prepared meals, collect them at your appointments.
Review and refine together
Your included 45-minute follow-up takes place approximately two weeks after your final treatment. We review your experience, answer questions, and discuss the next steps in your care.
Full rest days are encouraged; reduced work schedules can be accommodated. Treatment dates are confirmed with the clinic and arranged around our Tuesday closure. Renewal’s two treatment days are not limited to weekends. Accommodation and an all-day hosted stay are not included.

Food and routine recommendations, movement or breathwork guidance, and take-home recipes.
One two-week herbal powder formula and one 2 oz tincture. A 30-day powder supply replaces the two-week supply when indicated, at no extra charge.
One 45-minute follow-up about two weeks after your final treatment.
The herbal formula and tincture are included in these programs. Herbal products are purchased separately with regular standalone assessments.
Recent assessment? Your $228 initial assessment fee counts toward either program if completed within the past 30 days.

Personalized food, prepared for you
Completely individualized organic vegetarian meals are available throughout your program: breakfast, lunch, dinner, and daily fruit.
Your menu is developed around your individual recommendations and dietary needs. Depending on your plan, meals may include vegetable dishes, kitchari, basmati rice, homemade almond milk, fruit, or stewed plums.
Meals are packed in reusable glass containers and collected at the clinic during your appointments.
$28 per meal · $84 per day, including fruit

Prepared meals are optional. Food recommendations and take-home recipes are included whether you purchase meals or prepare your own food.

Your program can be the beginning of a longer relationship with Ayurvedic care.
Continue with ongoing Ayurvedic care, with the pace and frequency chosen together. Additional care is optional and arranged separately.
