Revive
Soothe & stabilize
Calm your system and stabilize routines so sleep, digestion, and stress start to rebalance. This is your calm foundation before deeper cleansing, and where we begin stabilizing your day-to-day energy.
-
Revive creates a calm foundation for everyday living and everything that follows. We steady sleep and digestion, down-shift the nervous system, and put simple routines in place so your body can relax and exhale.
This phase is about feeling less wired, less scattered, and more anchored in your day, so your system is steady enough to respond well to deeper cleansing later.
-
-“Wired and tired” stress, frequent wake-ups, or feeling on edge
• Bloat, irregularity, or a sensitive gut that reacts to every change
• You feel overwhelmed by big protocols and want clear, doable steps
• You’ve been through a lot (illness, life transitions, caregiving) and need a gentle re-entry -
• Set up a realistic morning and evening rhythm you can keep even on busy weeks
• Fine-tune meal timing and simple food combinations to support digestion
• Begin regular warm-oil bodywork (abhyanga) and gentle breath practices for grounding
• Introduce foundational herbal and supplement support for sleep, digestion, and stress
• Identify one or two key lifestyle “levers” (screen time, work habits, stimulants) and adjust them gently using practical Ayurvedic tools. -
2-4 weeks.
Most Revive plans run about 2–4 weeks depending on your schedule and how your body responds. We can extend this phase if your system needs more time to settle before moving into cleansing. -
• Initial Ayurveda consultation and customized Revive plan
• At least 1 bodywork session per week (typically 3 sessions over the program; additional sessions available)
• Herbal and lifestyle guidance with check-ins (in-person or virtual)
• Simple handouts or digital notes so you know exactly what to do at home
Reset
Release, lighten, renew.
A light, supervised cleanse to clear heaviness, bloat, and brain fog using simple foods, supportive herbs, and rest so energy and clarity can return. Rather than a “one-time detox blast,” we start a gentle clearing process that your body can actually integrate.
-
Reset is a guided gentle cleanse, not an extreme, gut-wrenching detox. Instead of pushing your body through a single “detoxifying blast,” we work in stages over several weeks for deeper, more lasting results.
In Ayurveda, slowly loosening and eliminating toxins while the system is supported tends to reach deeper layers than a one-time purge that only skims the surface and leaves you depleted.
We use simple, warm meals, supportive herbs, regular bodywork, and rest to help your body release what’s weighing you down so bloat, fog, and heaviness can start to lift.Reset helps clear the backlog. By the end of the program, many people feel lighter, clearer, less puffy, noticeably less stressed, and more consistently energized.
-
• Bloat, fullness, or “heavy” digestion after most meals
• Brain fog, afternoon crashes, or sluggish energy
• Skin flares or puffiness that seem linked to food or stress
• You want a reset that’s supervised and sane, not harsh or punishing -
• Begin with a short preparation phase to stabilize sleep and digestion (often building on Revive’s protocol)
• Shift into a 5–10 day cleanse using simple meals and warm liquids tailored to your constitution
• Use targeted herbs and teas that support digestive fire (agni), lymph, and gentle elimination over time.
• Receive cleansing body treatments such as lymphatic drainage, warm-oil work, and abdominal massage
• During the peak cleansing window (often a 5-day stretch), you’ll have the option for daily in-office bodywork to deepen circulation and support elimination
• Follow a crucial guided re-introduction plan so you don’t rebound, and identify which foods and habits truly work for you -
About 3 weeks total:
• 3–5 days of preparation
• 7–10 days of cleansing (with the option for 5 consecutive days of bodywork during the peak)
• 3–5 days of guided re-introductionWe can repeat or extend elements of the cleanse if needed, especially after long-term stress, illness, or travel.
-
• Cleanse consultation and personalized cleanse guide
• Sample menus and simple recipes for home cooking (home food delivery option available)
• Herbs and teas appropriate to your constitution and cleanse plan
• At least 1 bodywork session per week, with the option to increase frequency during the peak cleanse (for many people this looks like daily sessions for 3–5 days)
• Optional additional sessions or check-ins for those who want closer supervision
Restore
Rebuild, replenish, and integrate.
Long-term rejuvenation to rebuild reserves, support hormones and immunity, and keep progress steady.
-
Restore is where we focus on deep replenishment and stabilizing the gains you’ve made. Once your system is calmer and lighter, we turn toward rebuilding healthy tissues and fortifying the immune system (ojas).
In Ayurveda, ojas is the subtle essence linked with healthy immunity, resilience, and the capacity to recover. This phase is about strengthening that inner reserve so your improvements in sleep, digestion, mood, and energy have a solid foundation and can hold over time.
By the end of Restore, many people feel steadier in their energy, more resilient under stress, clearer in their mind and memory, and more confident that their progress will stick. -
• You’ve completed Revive and/or Reset programs and want to consolidate your progress
• Persistent low energy or “running on fumes” despite sleeping reasonably well
• Peri- or post-menopausal shifts, libido and hormone changes, or long recovery after illness
• You’re ready to invest in longer-term support for resilience, mood, and healthy aging -
• Refine a sustainable daily rhythm that supports long-term nervous system and hormone health
• Introduce deeply nourishing foods and rasayana-style routines appropriate to your constitution
• Use targeted herbal tonics (and ghee or oil preparations when appropriate) to support immunity, sleep, mood, or hormones
• Receive slower, more meditative bodywork aimed at rebuilding reserves rather than intense cleansing
• Develop a real-life maintenance plan for the next 3–6 months: what to keep, what to relax, and what to deepen so your gains stay steady -
About 6 weeks.
Many people notice meaningful shifts in energy, mood, or resilience by week 3. Some choose to continue aspects of Restore as an ongoing seasonal or annual rejuvenation plan, especially when they want to keep immunity and stamina strong. -
• Initial Restore planning session (or transition visit from Revive/Reset programs)
• At least 1 bodywork session per week (typically 4–6 sessions, with options to add more)
• Customized herbal and nutrition plan with adjustments over time, focused on rebuilding ojas and supporting immunity
• Periodic check-ins (in-person or virtual) to track progress and fine-tune your plan
• Ongoing seasonal tune-ups once the program ends, to help you keep stabilizing and deepening your progress
The timeframes above are typical containers. Every body is different: we can shorten, extend, or repeat phases based on how you respond and what’s happening in your life.
These programs are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace primary medical care. We’re happy to coordinate with your existing healthcare team when appropriate.

FAQs
-
No. Each phase is its own container, and you’re not locked into doing all three. Most people start with a single phase—often Revive—and then decide, based on how they feel, whether it makes sense to continue into Reset or Restore.
At your initial consultation we’ll look at your health history, schedule, and goals, then talk through whether a one-phase reset or a three-phase journey is the best fit for you right now.
-
Sometimes, yes. If you’ve already done good foundational work—your digestion is fairly steady, your sleep is workable, and you’re not in the middle of a major flare—then starting with Restore (the rebuilding phase) can make sense.
In other cases, even people who’ve “done a lot” still benefit from a shorter Revive or Reset phase first, just to stabilize and gently clear before we focus on deep replenishment. We’ll decide together after your consultation; there’s no one-size-fits-all rule.
-
All of our programs include both guidance and hands-on care. As a baseline, plan on at least one bodywork session per week during any phase.
In Reset (the cleanse phase), many people choose to come more often—especially during the 3–5 peak cleanse days, when daily bodywork can really support circulation, lymph, and elimination.
We’ll design your schedule around your life: some people prefer a steady weekly rhythm; others cluster sessions more intensively during certain windows.
-
Yes. These programs are designed to complement—not replace—your existing medical care. We’ll ask about your current medications, supplements, and diagnoses so we can provide education on herbs and body therapies that are appropriate for you.
We do not change or prescribe medications. When needed, we’ll encourage you to check in with your doctor about specific questions, and we’re happy to coordinate with your healthcare team if you’d like us to.
-
Life happens. If you have travel, illness, or a major life event, we can slow down, pause, or stretch the timeline so the program still feels supportive instead of stressful.
For Reset (the cleanse), we’ll be more deliberate about timing so your peak cleanse days don’t land in the middle of a hectic work trip or big event. If something unexpected comes up, we’ll adjust your plan—this is not an all-or-nothing bootcamp.
-
Your investment depends mostly on how many hands-on sessions you choose and how intensive you want each phase to be. Some people choose a more “essential” version with weekly sessions; others opt for a deeper dive with more frequent bodywork, especially during Reset.
We’ll go over all options and exact fees before you commit to anything, so you know clearly what each phase will cost and what it includes. Many people start with one phase, see how it feels, and then decide whether to continue into the next.
