Step 1: Assess

We start with a 90-minute Ayurvedic consultation and create your written road map.

Step 2: Support

You will follow a simple food and routine plan, receive weekly or twice weekly body treatments, and use targeted herbs refined as your system responds.
Hands on care supports circulation and lymph flow and helps the nervous system settle, so digestion, sleep, and elimination can improve.

Step 3: Integrate

We track your response, refine the plan, and build a realistic maintenance rhythm so results continue long after our sessions.

Your container sets the timeframe. Your support level sets the visit rhythm, weekly or twice weekly, with an optional supervised cleanse window and follow up rejuvenation support to help anchor results.

30-day revive

  • Stress load, sleep issues, touchy digestion, and getting momentum without overwhelm.

    Includes an optional mini home-retreat cleanse (2–3 days), prepared and supervised.

  • Steadier sleep, calmer nervous system, digestion that feels more predictable.

60-day reset

  • Stubborn digestion, heaviness/brain fog, inflammation patterns, burnout recovery.

    Typically includes an optional 2–7 day cleanse window, followed by a clear rejuvenation phase based on your capacity.

  • Lighter body, clearer mind, improved appetite + elimination rhythm, more stable energy.

90-day restore & thrive

  • Long-term depletion, chronic stress & illness patterns, deeper resilience and rejuvenation.

    This gives us the most flexibility to sequence calm → cleanse → rebuild in a way you can truly integrate.

    Includes an optional 2–7 day cleanse window, with more time for deep rebuilding and long-term routine integration.

Choose your support level

Essential Track (1x/week sessions)
A steady weekly rhythm that is ideal for busy lives. We use hands-on care + coaching to prepare your system, support your cleanse window when scheduled, and rebuild afterward.

Focused Track (2x/week sessions)
Twice-weekly support for faster momentum especially leading into your cleanse window and during the rejuvenation phase afterward.

Cleanse Support
During your cleanse window, typically 2 to 7 days, you will receive a brief daily check in by text, voice note, or a 10 to 15 minute call, with reminders as needed, to adjust meals, herbs, and protocols in real time.
You are encouraged to come in for daily body treatments during the cleanse window for deeper support.

Additional sessions or longer intensives (extra visits, extended time, or added therapies) may be recommended case-by-case and are always optional.

What’s included

  • Initial consultation (90 min) + written plan

  • Follow-ups + plan adjustments (based on your program length)

  • Body treatments Typically 75-90 minutes, include full body warm oil therapy designed to support lymph flow and circulation, abhyanga, plus shirodhara, topical basti, sound healing, and other indicated Ayurveda therapies.

  • Herbal protocol - one core custom herbal formulation per month (30-day supply) included

    Additional formulas (ghee, tinctures, capsules, oils, supplements) are optional and priced separately)

  • Cleanse kit when indicated (ex: herbal ghee, teas, kitchari staples, targeted herbs)

  • Progress benchmarks + summary so you can see what’s changing and what to do next

Your cleanse, explained

This is not a harsh detox.

Each 30/60/90-day program includes an optional, supervised home-retreat cleanse (2–7 days). We prepare you with weekly or twice-weekly care beforehand, guide you through the cleanse window with daily check-ins, and support rejuvenation afterward so you don’t rebound.

This designated cleanse period usually happens about half-way through the program. A period when the body’s own detoxification process is beginning to ramp up.

What it often includes

  • Prep (3–7 days): sleep + digestion foundations

  • Cleanse window (commonly 2–7 days, tailored): simplified warm meals + targeted herbs + daily hands-on support

  • Rejuvenation (3–10 days): the step most cleanses skip, so you don’t rebound and build lasting results

What you’ll do each day (realistic)

  • A simple meal structure (we provide the plan)

    Catering available for O’ahu clients

  • 10–20 minutes of routine support (tea, breathwork, gentle movement)

  • Brief daily check-in during the cleanse window (when scheduled)

When we modify or skip cleansing
If you’re pregnant/breastfeeding, underweight, or have a condition where cleansing isn’t traditionally indicated, we will modify our approach so you still get the most out of your program.
