Ayurveda Consultations
Thoughtful, one-on-one support to help you understand what your body is asking for—and what to actually do next.
What happens
We slow down and look at the whole picture: your history, digestion, sleep, stress, hormones, and daily rhythms. Instead of chasing single symptoms, we look for patterns and root causes, then build a plan that fits your real life.
Who consultations are for
Ayurveda is especially helpful when you feel “off” but don’t fit neatly into one diagnosis—or when you have a diagnosis and still don’t feel like yourself.
Digestion: bloat, irregularity, gas, sluggishness, or reacting to many foods
Sleep: trouble falling asleep, frequent wake-ups, wired-and-tired evenings
Stress & mood: feeling on edge, anxious, flat, or emotionally worn out
Hormones: PMS, cycle changes, peri/menopause, libido shifts
Post-viral & burnout recovery: “I never fully bounced back”
Skin & hair: dryness, breakouts, rashes, thinning hair, scalp issues
Pain & tension: neck/back pain, joint stiffness, chronic tightness
Energy: afternoon crashes, living on caffeine, constantly “pushing through”
What happens in your consultation
Talk through your health story—what’s going on now and how you got here
Explore digestion, sleep, energy, stress, hormones, and mood
Review current medications, supplements, and therapies so we’re working with, not against, your existing care
Use traditional Ayurvedic assessment tools (pulse, tongue, nails) when appropriate
Identify a small number of key priorities so you’re not overwhelmed
Create a step-by-step plan that may include food, routines, herbs, and body treatments
Clear next steps (not a generic “be healthier” list)
A simple, written plan you can refer to
Options for hands-on treatments and programs, if you want deeper support

Best place to start if you’re new to Ayurveda or new to this clinic.
Deep dive into your history, current concerns, and goals. Together we map out your first round of food, routine, herbs, and bodywork or program recommendations.
-
For continuing support and fine-tuning.
We review what’s improving, what still feels stuck, and adjust your plan based on real life—travel, stress, changes in symptoms.
-
For those who can’t make it to Kailua in person.
We focus on food, lifestyle, herbs, and home practices. If and when you visit Oʻahu, we can integrate in-office bodywork.
